Refund policy

At Miss Love’s Craft Shop, every item is handmade and often personalized just for you. Because of the custom nature of our products, all sales are final.


All Sales Final

We do not accept returns, cancellations, exchanges, or refunds once an order is placed.

Digital downloads and personalized items are non-refundable.

Small variations in color, placement, or pattern may occur due to the handmade process and screen differences; these aren’t considered defects.

 

Damaged or Defective Items (Replacements Only)

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we’re happy to make it right with a free replacement of the same item.


How to report an issue

1. Email MissLoveSCraftShop@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

2. Include your order number, a brief description, and clear photos of:

the damaged area,

the full item,

and the outer shipping box + shipping label.


3. Once approved, we’ll ship a replacement at no cost.

Replacements are provided instead of refunds.

 

Wrong or Missing Personalization

If we made a mistake on the personalization, email us within 7 days and we’ll send a corrected replacement. If the personalization submitted at checkout contained a typo, we can offer a paid re-make.


Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows Delivered but you didn’t receive it, please check with your household/neighbors and contact the carrier. While we can’t issue refunds for carrier loss/theft, we’ll help you start a claim and offer a discounted re-make when possible.


Address Issues

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can’t refund or replace orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at purchase.
