Shipping policy

At Miss Love’s Craft Shop, every item is handmade with care. Because most of our products are custom, please allow time for both production and shipping.


Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 5–10 business days (depending on the product and design).

During holidays, sales, or busy seasons, processing may take a little longer.

You’ll receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

 

Shipping Methods & Delivery

We ship through USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on your order size and destination.

Standard shipping within the U.S. typically takes 3–7 business days after dispatch.

We currently do not ship internationally.

 

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.

Occasionally, we may run free shipping promotions, which will be clearly marked.

 

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once your package is with the carrier, we are not responsible for delays, loss, or theft.

If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please check with neighbors or your local post office first.

We’ll gladly help you start a claim with the carrier and, when possible, offer a discounted re-make.

 

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot refund or replace items shipped to the wrong address entered at purchase.

 

Damaged Items in Transit

If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery at MissLoveSCraftShop@gmail.com with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll send a replacement at no cost.
